Candidate will be highly motivated and show good leadership and food preperation and foodservice qualities, will have at least 3 years experience in a commercial kitchen and willing to work evening and weekends.

-Duties to include purchasing, receiving, preparation

-responsible for hot bar and prepared foods to go

-skill sets in vegetarian, vegan, lean meat, and additional healthy options

-ensure company standards are upheld and enforcement of standard operating procedures

-meal planning


-maintain inventory


-daily operations of kitchen


-food cost controls

-standard recipe and waste control

-oversee staff

-attend all scheduled meetings and bring suggestions for improvement

-must be a team player and work well with others

-be able to reach,stoop and lift 50 pounds


-Kitchen related math (margins,costs,sales)

-Use of basic software programs

-2 years experience minimum

-ability to work under pressure in a time sensitive environment

-able to take direction from store director

-demonstrates strong leadership skills

-servsafe certified
